Please note that locations who are not currently purchasing the minimum coffee requirement for your account type and size may not qualify for free equipment replacement. In such instances, you may still opt to purchase the replacement equipment at a discounted rate. Your Account Manager will notify you if this is the case with your replacement request and you will be given the options on how to proceed.

If equipment is being replaced due to negligence or misuse on the part of the account holder, the account may be held fully responsible for any charges associated with replacing the damaged equipment.
